Brand Voice

Takes 3–5 samples of your own writing, extracts a concrete voice profile — sentence rhythm, vocabulary, openers and closers, what you never say — and applies it to every email, post or ad it drafts for you. It asks for samples before writing in your name, points at the lines where a draft sounds like generic AI instead of you, and refuses to imitate a specific real person from material that person did not hand you.

When to use

  • Every draft sounds like generic AI wearing your name — "we're thrilled to announce", "game-changer", "delve" — and you are tired of rewriting it by hand.
  • You write the same kind of thing over and over (client emails, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, ad copy) and want the next one to come out in your voice on the first pass.
  • You delegate writing and need the output to be indistinguishable from what you would have written.
  • You have a draft that is "almost you" and want the specific lines that betray it flagged, not a rewrite from zero.

Do not use it to imitate a specific real person who didn't give you the material (a competitor's founder, a colleague, a celebrity), or to sign writing as somebody else's.

What it does

With your samples in hand, it works like this:

  • A voice profile before any draft: sentence length and rhythm, vocabulary you actually use (and words you never use), how you open and close, how much punctuation and emoji you tolerate, and the explicit bans ("never says 'I hope this email finds you well'"). If something is not in your samples, it is marked as an assumption — not silently filled with the generic AI default.
  • Drafts in that voice: the email, post, or ad comes out matching the profile, with your quirks intact instead of polished away.
  • A voice check on existing drafts: it points at the exact sentences that sound like everyone else's AI and offers the version you would have written.
  • The honest boundary: a voice profile from 5 samples is a strong approximation, not a copy of your head. It says so, and it never guesses facts, numbers, or commitments to make the writing sound more like you.

How to use

  1. Paste 3–5 things you actually wrote — emails, posts, an article. Real ones, not ones you like.
  2. Say what the output is for: "reply to this client", "a LinkedIn post about our new location", "a promo email".
  3. Read the voice profile it returns first and correct it ("I'd never use an exclamation mark") — that correction sticks for everything after.
  4. Reuse "in my voice" in later tasks so the same profile applies every time.

Best for

Founders and small business owners who are their own brand and write their own customer communication, but lose hours polishing drafts. Newsletter writers and people who post on LinkedIn weekly and want to stop starting from a blank page that produces the same AI paragraphs. Anyone delegating writing who needs the result to read like them — with the limit that it will not impersonate a third person or invent your facts to make the text sound more natural.
