Cookie Policy
What we store in your browser, what for, for how long, and how to accept, reject or change your mind whenever you want.
Draft version: 2026-10-16 · consent notice version: 2026-10-16
1. What they are and what they are for
Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) save small pieces of data on your device. Some are essential for the site to work and others are used to measure its use. This policy follows Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE, art. 22.2) and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's cookie guide.
2. What this site uses
This table lists everything the site stores or loads today. If you visit from Europe, only the “Necessary” rows are used without asking you and everything else does not load until you accept it.
| Name | Provider | Type | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| terminalsync:cookie-consent-v2 | TerminalSync first party | Local storage | Necessary | Stores your cookie decision (notice version, date and categories) so we do not ask again and can evidence consent. | Until you delete it or the notice version changes |
| terminalsync:cookie-consent-v1 | TerminalSync first party | Local storage | Necessary | Value from the previous banner. Only read to honour an old affiliates acceptance; it never enables analytics. | Until you delete it |
| ts_region | TerminalSync first party | Cookie | Necessary | Tells us whether you are visiting from Europe (“eu”) or from another region (“row”) so we know whether to show the cookie notice. It is derived from the country of your connection at the time of the visit; it does not store your IP or any personal data. | Session (deleted when you close the browser) |
| terminalsync:theme · ts-theme · ts_lang | TerminalSync first party | Local storage | Necessary | Remember the theme (light or dark) and the language you choose. | Until you delete them |
| sb-<proyecto>-auth-token | Supabase first party | Local storage | Necessary | Keeps you signed in. It only exists if you sign in. | For the length of the session |
| sync-ai-session-v1 | TerminalSync first party | Local storage | Necessary | Random identifier of the site's support assistant conversation, so it is not lost when you navigate.[A CONFIRMAR POR ABOGADO: the widget creates this identifier when the page loads, before you open the chat; the lawyer must decide whether it counts as technical or should only be created on opening] | Until you delete it |
| /_vercel/insights/script.js | Vercel Web Analytics third party | Third-party request | Analytics and errors | Measures page views and clicks on the main buttons (“cta_click” and “scroll_75” events). It does not use cookies according to Vercel's documentation.[A CONFIRMAR POR ABOGADO: decide whether this analytics is exempt from consent; until then it is treated as analytics requiring prior consent] | No cookie; nothing stored in your browser |
| /_vercel/speed-insights/script.js | Vercel Speed Insights third party | Third-party request | Analytics and errors | Measures site loading performance (aggregated metrics).[A CONFIRMAR POR ABOGADO: same exemption question as Web Analytics] | No cookie; nothing stored in your browser |
| Sentry (navegador) | Sentry third party | Third-party request | Analytics and errors | Reports JavaScript errors on the site. No session replay. Initialised only after your consent. | No cookie of its own |
| tsync_landing | TerminalSync first party | Cookie | Analytics and errors | Remembers whether you arrived via the consumer or the developer page, to choose the right welcome email if you create an account.[A CONFIRMAR POR ABOGADO: treated as analytics (origin measurement) and only set with consent; the lawyer may reclassify it] | 30 days |
| rewardful.referral · r.wdfl.co/rw.js | Rewardful third party | Cookie | Affiliates | Records which affiliate referred you to TerminalSync so the commission can be attributed if you subscribe.[A CONFIRMAR POR ABOGADO: exact cookie name per Rewardful documentation (not verified in this repository)] | 60 days |
When you pay, the checkout page is hosted by Stripe and is governed by Stripe's cookie policy, not this one.
Third-party resources downloaded when the site opens
These requests use no cookies, but the third party's server receives your IP address. Today they happen before you decide anything because they are needed to show the site as designed. [A CONFIRMAR POR ABOGADO: self-host fonts and icons (handoff task W2) to remove these requests; until then the lawyer must assess whether they require consent]
- Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.com · fonts.gstatic.com): Geist and Geist Mono typefaces. All pages. - unpkg (
unpkg.com): Lucide icon library. Home page (/es and /en). - Google (
apis.google.com): Google Drive file picker, only when the desktop app opens it. Only on /picker.
3. How to accept, reject or change your decision
The cookie notice is shown to visitors from Europe (European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland), and also when we cannot determine your country. From other regions it is not shown and the site loads analytics and affiliate tools without asking first; you can still turn them off at any time from “Configure cookies”.
In Europe, the first time you visit you see a notice with three equally sized buttons: “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Configure”. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not stop you from using the site. If you choose nothing, no analytics or affiliate tools are loaded.
We save your decision (with the date and notice version) in your browser, so we do not ask again and can show that you gave it. You can change or withdraw it at any time:
Renewal of your decision: we will ask again if the version of this notice changes or if you clear your browser data. [A CONFIRMAR POR ABOGADO: maximum consent renewal period (for example 24 months)]
4. How to delete cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage from the privacy settings of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If you do, the site will ask you again and sign you out.
5. More information
How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the providers on the subprocessors page. Questions: privacy@terminalsync.ai.
