Notion

Bundles the Notion connector (read and create pages) with Doc Co-Authoring (writes proposals, reports, and send-ready documents), so 'draft this note and save it to Notion' is a single flow.

When to use

  • You want your AI to write a document — proposal, report, meeting note — and save it as a page in your Notion.
  • You run your knowledge base in Notion and want the initial drafting of each page off your plate.
  • You want to use existing Notion pages as context for the new one.

What it does

Bundles two pieces that reinforce each other, in one install:

  • Notion (the connector) reads and creates pages in your workspace — so the AI can read your prior notes to stay consistent.
  • Doc Co-Authoring (the skill) writes proposals, reports, and share-ready documents, with coherence, evidence, and tone passes, and its limits (it doesn't replace a lawyer on legally binding contracts).

A real example: you walk out of a team meeting with loose points. You say "draft a meeting note from these points, following the format of my Projects base, and save it there". Notion gives it a prior note as a template, Doc Co-Authoring writes the new one with that structure and tasks split by owner, and saves it as a page in the right base. Your team opens Notion and the note is already there.

How to use

  1. Install the Plugin and connect your Notion workspace.
  2. Ask: "write a progress report from these notes and save it to Notion".
  3. Review the document — it lands as a page where you point it.

Why the bundle works

The writing skill alone gives you text you then copy-paste into Notion by hand. The connector alone creates pages, but doesn't write them with judgment. Together: the AI reads your prior pages to keep the style, writes the new one, and saves it where it belongs — from idea to finished page, no jumps.

Limits

  • It writes review-ready drafts, not final content without your eye.
  • It doesn't replace legal, accounting, or medical advice; for regulated topics, get professional review.
  • Requires connecting your Notion workspace; it only sees and creates what that access allows.
