When to use
- You want more reviews on Google, the app store, a marketplace, or your own site, and you want to ask the customers most likely to say something good.
- You can tell which customers recently had a positive experience (a completed order, a repeat purchase, a solved support ticket).
- You want the message, the timing, and a follow-up — not just "send an email."
Do not use it to write fake reviews, to post on a customer's behalf, or to offer money or discounts in exchange for a specific rating — most platforms forbid it and this skill won't help you break their rules.
What it does
Builds a review-request flow that respects the customer and the platform:
- Picks the right moment: right after a good experience — delivery confirmed, second purchase, a support issue resolved — not at random.
- Targets likely promoters: prioritizes recent, repeat, or clearly satisfied customers; suggests skipping anyone with an open complaint.
- Writes the ask for email, WhatsApp, or SMS: short, personal, one clear action, with the direct review link dropped in.
- Adds a single, polite follow-up for those who didn't respond — and stops there.
- Handles the awkward cases: what to do if the customer replies unhappy (route to support first), and how to make leaving a review effortless.
- Stays within the rules: it will not draft incentives tied to a positive rating; it can suggest platform-compliant thank-yous.
- Closes with a verdict (always): a 0–100 score for how ready this request flow is given what you shared; a traffic light (🟢 80+ send it; 🟡 50–79 tighten targeting or timing; 🔴 <50 not enough to know who to ask); who to ask first; and a note that the score is about the ask, not a promise of how many reviews land.
How to use
- Tell it where you want reviews and paste the direct review link.
- Share who recently had a good experience (a list, or just "customers who bought twice this month").
- Ask: "Write me the review request and one follow-up, for WhatsApp."
- Review, make sure the link works, and send from your own tool.
Best for
Local businesses, ecommerce, apps, and service providers that rely on public reviews and would rather ask the right people well than blast everyone. Works best when you can identify recently happy customers.
